Roll session with MITOC folks, Mystic Lake: (strong language altert on the soundtrack)
I successfully executed a roll on about 75% of attempts. My goal is to have an absolutely bulletproof combat roll, so I need yet more practice. Hip snap! Hip snap!
We had a lot of never-evers who were learning from scratch. Strangely, this made me a semi-instructor. I learned that first time someone tries a bow rescue, they almost always forget that they're upside down and that the rescue boat is on the other side than they're expecting. I saw a lot of people wet exit because they were fishing for a bow where there was none.
