After you spend your Saturday hiking up a mountain, you have usually earned a Sunday of warm tea, pajamas, and Netflix queue depopulation. Instead of taking this entirely honorable option, I traded the pure backcountry experience of Cardigan for a few slackcountry descents on Mitersill. With a few more inches of snow overnight, this promised to be even better than Saturday's run and it delivered.
