Soup Swap is Coming - 23 Jan
More formal invitations will be sent out as the day grows closer, but I want to warn everyone that Boston Soup Swap has had its date set for 23 January this year. What is Soup Swap? In short, you arrive with six one-quart containers of frozen soup. You then exchange them with other chefs and walk away with six different quarts of soup. Wine and cheese may also be consumed. It's really elegant in its simplicity and beauty.
This year's Soup Swap is special in that we're holding it simultaneously with a Seattle and a Washington DC delegation. It's a nationwide event!
If you are in Boston and you know me: chances are you'll be invited. Save the date. If you are in Boston and you don't know me: leave a comment or contact me to make sure you're invited. If you are not in Boston: host your own! (and let me know) We want to cover all of the major US time zones.
