Thank you all for being such an important part of fusion_projekt. Without your participation and involvement, it would not have had much meaning. More thoughts on this when I get a chance to catch my breath. In the meantime...

One of our goals was to use our union as a springboard to help others. We created a registry at donorschoose and handpicked a variety of science/technology projects in impoverished public schools. Our hope was to help out a bit, and boy did you step up. Every single one of our projects got fully funded. There are now 235 school children in Massachusetts who will be exposed to new scientific concepts and you're all to credit for it. Check out what you've done:

	Provided a telescope to a north shore teacher who wants to introduce her kids to solar astronomy!
	Taught about simple machines through k'nex.
	Helped a class build their own trebuchets and calculate trajectories.
	Taught a high school class to program robots.
	Used gravity and cars to illustrate math.
	Showed a middle school class how to visualize chemistry through modeling kits.
	Taught elementary school students about composting and life sciences through composting worms.
	Built birdhouses to teach both woodworking and biology.
	Taught math through motion and trajectory calculation.

One of the great things about donorschoose is that every donor is personally thanked. Let me add my voice to the chorus: Thanks for creating the next generation of scientists and engineers. You're all heroes.
